I have lupus which causes a number of problems with my skin. A number of years ago I had Ben Franklin install the water filter system for my home so that all my water is filtered. I immediately saw less break outs and less blisters on my skin. Then a few months ago, I noticed I was starting to break out again so called Ben Franklin to check my water filter. They found that one of the electric cables had gone bad so replaced it and then my skin started clearing up. The water filter system has made my life so much easier without having to deal with the impurities in water that causes problems with my skin.

We had a water leak at 4:30 AM with flooding in half of our house. We thought that having service with Baker Brothers for so many years that they’d come through for us. Because of that we spent most of the morning calling different companies and no one was available. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to our rescue and was available, they followed up and sent a technician that morning. Our service technician Mr. Nicholas Green got to our house quick, explained what had caused the leak, ordered the water heaters. He even coordinated with the demolition crew so that he could install them after they were done patching up the wall. Nicholas also referred us to a home service. Their customer service start to finish was excellent. At the end we decided to change our monthly service with Baker Brothers and go with Benjamin Franklin! Thank you so much for your service!
