We had a water leak at 4:30 AM with flooding in half of our house. We thought that having service with Baker Brothers for so many years that they’d come through for us. Because of that we spent most of the morning calling different companies and no one was available. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to our rescue and was available, they followed up and sent a technician that morning. Our service technician Mr. Nicholas Green got to our house quick, explained what had caused the leak, ordered the water heaters. He even coordinated with the demolition crew so that he could install them after they were done patching up the wall. Nicholas also referred us to a home service.
