Benjamin Franklin sends out notification of whom your technician will be before arriving at your home which gave me piece of mind & a link to follow your technician trip on arrival to your home and how far away they are (very accurate on time arrival)!
I really like the scheduling and arrival notification process for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I got a phone call that the service tech was on the way and a picture of Daniel Ruiz so that I would know what he looked like ahead of time. Daniel did a great job of diagnosing the problem I was having, explaining what he was doing along the way and had excellent customer service skills. His solution worked great and made a big difference. We are very happy!
Such excellent service from Nicholas Green! We had an after hours emergency on a Friday night, we had an after hours emergency. Nicholas Green was at our house within 30 min. The next morning he replaced our water heater early and fast. His excellent customer service is the icing on the cake to his professionalism and work ethic. We couldn’t be more thankful! (And thanks to Whitney for being so helpful, too!)
I've been calling Ben Franklin Plumbing for years and they've never let me down. My hot water heater died last night and they had the new one in by lunch the next day. Mike was fast, knowledgeable and kind. He and his apprentice went above and beyond to meet my needs. I appreciate them so much! Highly recommend. Edit: I decided to have the temperature increased. Daniel R came to the house the same day and took care of that in quick order. Thank you!
We have used Benjamin Franklin for many plumbing projects over the years. This morning our garbage motor quit. Mike Pack came out on Saturday. He was professional, courteous and had the job completed and cleaned in no time! Can’t thank you enough!!
