2-years parts and labor on all services.
- Void if water pressure exceeds 80 PSI for all hot and cold system repairs.
- Warranty subject to change if service is provided for a lower cost than what the service is set.
Drain Cleaning – to clear/clean stoppage

90-day warranty after initial visit if we perform a visual inspection with a drain camera.
- Warranty voided due to roots in sewer lines.
- No warranty on collapsed or broken sewer lines.

- Recovered foreign objects that cause stoppage are not covered under warranty.
